Relaxation massage (rejuvenation massage)- 45minutes approx : Rs.1000/ Per Person
This massage is meant for rejuvenating one's body and mind. Ideally people who feel that their energy levels are low should avail this package. This therapy is to rejuvenate, mind, body and soul, to tone up skin, to strengthen systems so as to achieve ideal health and longevity. This carefully planned health program is directed towards improving vigor and vitality. It will also go a long way to tone up the skin and improve complexion. SHRODHARA ( Milk ) - 45minutes approx : Rs.700/ Per Person
Shirodhara is traditionally used to calm the nerves. It is an ancient Ayurvedic healing practice performed in India for 2000 years. It is the application of warmed sesame oil ( infused with herbs) gently poured onto the forhead for an extended period of time.
Reduction in stress, improved sleep, reduction in excessive thinking, calming of the emotions, release of negative emotions, improvement in insomnia, vivid dreaming, muscle relaxation, improvement in mood, centeredness, reduction in anxiety, alleviation of mental anguish and a blissfull state.
NASYAM 30minutes approx : Rs.500/ Per Person
Nasyam is Ayurvedic treatment from the shoulders up the patients body is massaged causing it to perspire. The medicine in exact dose is measured and poured into the nostrils, as the patient inhales. During the process the area around the nose, neck, shoulders, palms and feet are rubbed. This is very effective in ailments such as sinusitis, migraine, chronic cold and chest congestion.
